 Heaven on earth mountainous Hunza valley situated 2438M altitude above the sea level. This valley has an ancient historical background from 325 BC, three soldiers from the army of Alexander the great settling in the valley with their Persian wives and discovering the first villages Altit, Baltit, and Ganesh and properly settled in the eleventh century when improved irrigation sector enabled to expand the colony.

Astore valley (2600M) from the sea level one of the most remote districts of Gilgit –Baltistan Northern Areas Pakistan. The valley is consists of more than a hundred villages’ majority of people practice subsistence agriculture livestock is the main source of livelihood. The valley has massive geographical importance sharing borders with India and Kashmir.  This valley aesthetically attributed by nature its alluring sceneries attracting tourists from the rest of the world.

ITINERARY:

DAY 1

Journey point Lahore via Narran departure timing 8: 00 am reaching time 4:00 pm first-night stay at Narran.

DAY 2

Narran to Hunza Valley 8 hours’ drive via Lalo Sar Babosar top. Night stay at Karim Abad.

DAY 3

Explore Baltit Fort, the old residency of the Mirs of Hunza, the building fully shows the Tibetan architecture. It had been built 700 years ago when a princess of Baltistan married the Mir of Hunza and she brought some Balti masons to build Baltit Fort as part of the dowry. It is the best spot for photography of the valley ….

Baltit Fort to Victoria Monument locally called Malikama Shikari, it was erected by Mir Nazim Khan, after that he was appointed as Mir by the British following their invasion in 1891… It is located on trekking distance almost one hour trekking from Karim Abad…

Visit Altit, Fort it is more interesting than Baltit fort different architecture, wood carving, and better-preserved rooms. It was constructed by the Mir family in the Eleventh century. This building survived many attacks of the invaders as well as earthquakes since its construction...   Afterward, visit Eagle Nest Duikar valley 15 hikes from Karim Abad from where you can see the stunning Hunza valley and save unforgettable memories.                                     

Explore Atta Abad Lake located at upper Hunza Gojal valley approximate 45 minutes’ drive from Karim Abad, one of the most enticing tourist spots of Gilgit- Baltistan, it was formed in 2010 due to the cosmic land sliding. The Lake offers boating, fishing, and other recreational activities. The water of the lake resembles blue skies and presents a prolific scenography. The delineation of nature is mini heaven for the photographers to catch the phenomenal glimpses … stay a night at Gojal valley.

DAY 4

Probe Sust valley, a scenic beautiful valley 90 km away from Karim Abad situated upper Hunza Gojal Valley 2800m above the sea level. It is commercially an important Town all the traffic from Khunjerab border passes through this town despite that the Silk Route Dry port is also located here, the first trade connectivity between Pak and China enabling customs clearance and other formalities.

Explore Khanjerab Pak-China Border at the elevation of 4733 above the sea level. Back to Aliabad Hunza valley stay night at Aliabad valley...

DAY 5

Aliabad Hunza valley to Astore city 5 to 6 hours’ drive, night stay at Astore city …

DAY 6

Exploring Rama Lake and meadows 14km 1.5 drive from Astore Town a mesmeric beautiful spot on earth over brimmed with rich nature, its artistically grown deep forest, greenery, the symmetry of flowers, the whistling of birds, the blowing of air makes an imaginative world beyond the worries. Someone can refill the energies.

In Rama meadows, there is a trekking spot almost distance of an hour trekking from where it can be  seen the beautiful view of Nana Parbat.Night stay at central Astore town ..

DAY 7

Visit Deo Sai Plains 71 km away from Astore town the roof of the world, the second-highest plain of the world after Tibet in China. It will take almost two hours to reach Deo Sai plain from down District throughout the beautiful valleys it’s amazingly an unforgettable journey. It also famous for brown bear, multiple kinds of fishes and a beautiful heart shaped lake known as “sheosar”.The same day  Come back at night and stay at Gorikot.

DAY 8

Explore Trashing and Rupal valley, 8 km away from down district Astore located in front of Nanga Parbat the 2nd highest mountain of Pakistan 7th highest among the world also known as ‘Killer Mountain. Night stay in Astore …
